As a brass band musician he played with:
Excelsior,
Onward Brass Band.
He was the brother of Albany Leon "Barney" and Emile Bigard.
He played with A.J. Piron's Orchestra in 1917 and was at Tom
Anderson's and the Humming Bird Lounge with a quartet. With the Excelsior Brass
Band he played in 1918, Maple Leaf Orchestra (1919-1920), Sidney Desvigne
(1925), John Robichaux (1927) and Kid Rena (1944).
