Older brother of Leo Dejan.

As a brass band musician he played with: Paul Chaligny, Eureka, George Williams, Holy Ghost, Imperial, Olympia, Young Tuxedo Brass Band

Mostly known as leader of Harold Dejan's Olympia Brass Band, which he organized in 1960.

Played also in his brother Leo's Moonlight Serenaders as a teenager, about 1918. In the 30's he was leading a band on the lake steamers. During the 50's was frequently in the Young Tuxedo Brass band.16
