As a brass band musician he played with: Onward Brass Band

In the 1930's he worked on the Pontchartrain steamships with Eddie Pierson, Harold Dejan. Later identified with Oscar "Papa" Celestin's band., late 40's, early 50's. After Papa's death remained with remnants of band under Albert French.16
