As a brass band musician he played with: Algiers, Pickwick Brass Band

He was a member of the Pickwick Brass Band about 1882 and the Algiers Brass Band. Played withHenry Allen before 1910 and in 1916 with Elton Theodore. In the late 1920's he played with Chris Kelly.16
